I had the brisket on a bun with fries and bbq baked beans for the sides. The meat was falling apart tender, perfect and full of flavor. The fries were my favorite kind; crisp on the outside then soft on the inside (really hard to find good fries these days). Get the fries as a side to see what I'm talking about. Unless you like over done fries or cold floppy fries you'll agree these are the best fries around. They also serve the best brisket or pulled pork around. Wendell let me sample the green chili pork he put in his breakfast burros and it was fantastic. Next time I go I'm getting one or two for sure! This place isn't well known yet but with food this good it will be! It is located inside The Shamrock Bar. The food is served promptly and I had time to drive there, order the food to go, and get back to work on my half hour lunch. I also like that it is veteran owned and operated. Prices are resonable and it's the best barbeque in Claypool, Miami or Globe... Maybe even the best in AZ!
