Triple Nichol Storage is under new management. Our goal is to always treat our customers with courtesy and respect. I do think that you never know what's going on in someone's life when they appear to be negative, so I try not to take it too personally when someone is having a bad day. I called in and the woman that answered was EXTREMELY rude! She kept acting like I was inconveniencing her by inquiring about a storage unit! In the end she told me I would have to call her back if I was going to ask so many questions, because she was on the other line with a customer! I don't think I will EVER be a customer and I can only hope that she treats current customers better than potential ones!
