I had a reservation for a room in Holbrook & my truck broke down in Miami/Globe on my way to my new job at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. They switched my reservation to my current location & have been kind, understanding & very accommodating. I will stay with them when they are available in my future travels.
Great place to stay. Beautiful scenery. And that drive to Phoenix in the am. Is just amazing.
This was the worst experience ive ever had in a hotel.. Room was filthy..bed was dirty..floor was sticky..i remade the bed.. There was dirty socks in the corner of room..dirty shorts under bed.. This was a horrible experience!!!! I will never refer this place to anyone. They refused to give back my money.. No compensation given..
Great friendly service. Went out of their way to accommodate us. Pet friendly. Clean rooms and has a John Wayne room. John Wayne actually had a room here that he stayed in fruquitly. Breakfast every morning. Quite relaxing stay. Loved it. Highly recommended
Five stars to One lady working there. She went out of her way to get everything done, very accommodating, nice, and working extra hard. Literally saw her running all over the motel to get things done. The room itself was unsatisfactory. Floors were filthy. Floors make your feet black. They don't sweep or mop. Bed was uncomfortable. I wish I could leave no stars. A pair of Nike Shoes worth over $200 were stolen from room. Tried calling To inform of the situation or to look for the shoes, was just told "Oh yeah." Don't stay here!
