Fees...to busy of a bank
I waited with my mother ( she has cancer and packs an oxygen bottle around ) for 47 minutes to get betty domingez to notarize a document. She took a couple who came in after us, before us and later tried to explain that it was a scheduling problem but I never had to schedule appointments before for a 5 minute process. Cud dos to Jacob Bertunen who help us as soon as he entered the bank. Without an appointment.
